I am honestly so disappointed with the service provided by First Central, when the communication from there customer service is awful, during making a claim was passed around departments all not able to give any information. When taking out the policy was advised that paying for the extra covers we would be covered for all aspects, this was not the case Years no claims wasn’t covered and no courtesy was offered. Our car was stolen over 8 weeks ago and no update has been offered from the insurance after being on hold for hours on end we are passed through between brownsword and first central both companies saying it was waiting for information from the other. If this matter is not resolved we will be contacting the financial ombudsman. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
