Took out insurance as a new customer, then received a new quote from them £40 cheaper so rang them to ask for a refund as policy didn’t go live for another week. The operator was cold and unhelpful and advised there’d be a fee of £50 to change my policy.
Feel upset that I’ve entered into a year long policy with a company that cares do little about it’s customers.
Certainly wouldn’t recommend and won’t be renewing with them.
