Since my last review was given last week, I have been asked to provide the docs I have given already. Now I called yesterday and spoke 5 people who wasted my 4 hours on hold and calling because when a call connected after hold they hang up in 2 mins saying they checking my account.
Their call center is overseas and they dont talk properly and don't understand just overspeaking from scripts given.
If I not received my refund cheque untill next week I will write debt off and contacting ombudsman and FCA.
Companies like this should be stopped 🛑 !!!!!!!
