I canceled my policy online, then got msg about renewing so I called to ensure its canceled, so it was. Then they took £2000 of insurance of my credit card and when I called I was told its my fault because I did not cancel the auto-renewal when I was canceling the policy.
When I questioned the logic of this I was told the cancellation quote is£180 so they are happy to refund the rest.
Absolutely horrible, no common sense, no possibility to escalate and formally complain.
