Started a policy these guys as my previous insurer Direct Line, decided to increase the renewal on my car because of the risk experience for that car was high at that time of the year, just unfortunate. Anyhow these guys wanted more info, which I sent them. I have been on hold now for over 40mins, which is far too long. If I was in an accident, what would I do? POOR POOR POOR Customer service!!!
Will be switching back to DD, don't care if the premiums are higher.
