Every year I seem to be able to go onto compare websites and get a significantly better quote with all the same details (as confirmed by one your telephone operatives), STILL WITH YOU, this year saving ~£150 / 33%. This ISN'T ACCEPTABLE, just ROBBERY praying that people auto renew.
WHY can't you just provide me with the keenest price upfront?
And why when your operatives turn off my auto renew feature, do i still continue to receive emails to renew?!?!
