Haven't had to make a claim so can not comment in that side.
Had to call them on one occasion to change my partners surname after we got married, cost £30 administration fee which is extortionate as they don't send printed documents.
The customer services took a long time to answer my call and when I finally got through the operator that dealt with me was quite useless but very pleasant.
