Making a claim has been tiring. Had a not at fault accident at the beginning of November. Got the car back 2 and a half months later from the insurers repair team. During this time we have had no correspondence Other than one text to say the car would be ready a few weeks ago when it wasn’t. We had to return the courtesy car the day before we got our car back which was not convenient. We are still waiting to hear on whether the other party has admitted fault and whether we will receive our excess back as originally stated. Disappointed with the service and very poor communication.
