After paying over £800 for my insurance I would consider my self a valued customer. Calling 3 times to have the names on the policy corrected at over 45 mins each time was an absolute JOKE. I asked for confirmation of whether the policy covered me third party however this took the advisor 22 minutes and kept me on hold. Useless staff and useless company, no wonder you are cheap you don't spend money on training
