Kept waiting on line for 23mins before someone answered, no apology of sorry to keep you waiting. Felt like you were on a conveyor belt, no please no thank you and when I suggested at the end it may be nice to actually say to a 'paying customer' sorry to keep you waiting, I was given the response, 'ok', not impressed to be honest, cheap insurance but shouldn't have to be given cheap service
