Wasn't that easy renewing the policy on-line as it wouldn't accept the card payment for some reason. When telephoning about this problem, I was told I could pay over the telephone but I wouldn't get the online promotion. They offered a discount because of this. I agreed but when the payment schedule came through, the discount hadn't been applied. I contacted them again to be told that the computer couldn't apply the discount and that there was nothing they could do, other than cancel the policy. So I did.
