Your website does not work? keeps saying my log in details are wrong? The link to reset my password does not work.
It takes an average of ten minutes plus for someone to answer the phone.
On the day I phoned and told them the website was not working I was told that the were experiencing difficulties with it but the IT team were working on it. I suggest you get a new IT team as it has been like this for two weeks now??
Sent a message on live chat and never got a reply??
