You cancelled my first insurane because although I paid on the day, my DD wasnt set up thus causing you to cancel my insurance AND NOT PAYING ME BACK the payment I paid, then having the cheek to ask for a £20 odd pound payment for non DD setup, then sending it to a Debt collector to collect.
In reality YOU OWE ME MONEY, not the other way around.
So the service is Poor. I explained this to one of your memebers of staff and they said it would be taken care of (BUT reality is it hasnt)
