I bought the policy,due to start 20/06 online on the evening of Sunday 14th , when the documents came through I could see it was not what I needed, I could not cancel it online so had to ring up Monday to cancel.
I was told by the lady I spoke to that I would have to pay £50-00 cancellation fee, despite your terms and conditions clearly stating there was no charge for cancellation before policy commencement ????
