I have just received a £50 admin charge for an £11.13 change to my policy total payable £61.13. This is more than any insurance quotes I had at the time. I am unable to cancel the insurance because they made me supply copies of my v5 in full and no claims certificate, not having a scanner this took me time to do. Be ware if you do not the facility to send copy documents quickly.
When I tried to cancel the policy they quoted over £100 in exit fees. Never again and ill make sure my friends and family are aware.
