Whether it was 360 blue or the home owner, it doesn’t matter…our 7 night stay was canceled 23 hours before check in. I don’t care what the excuse is..23 hours notice is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Last time I ever rent from them. They need to have policies in place when home owners cancel reservations at the 11th hour. Renters are left with nothing!!
