We stayed at Watersound Crossings Unit 320 A. The listing says “Pool and beach are just yards away” this is deceptive as the beach is a 20 minute walk along an uneven boardwalk. This is dangerous for someone with limited mobility. Which we had in our group. I even called multiple times after hearing mixed reviews regarding the beach access. I was sent a map of the beach access. Everything I was told or sent was not accurate for where the actual access the beach was! When we arrived at the gate to the neighborhood we had no way of knowing how to access the neighborhood as we were given a code for the door and parking instructions. We assumed the code worked for gate. No! We were let in by someone else. We were later notified by security (at 9pm at night) that we needed to go to their office to sign in and get a parking pass. No where in instructions prior to arrival was this stated. I called and asked about the construction I was told the building was getting painted. There is an entire new building being built. We had to walk through the construction to get to the beach and the construction was directly behind the pool so nothing but constant noise when at the pool. Bottom line Blue 360 is deceptive in their listing advertising, they lie when asked directly about the construction, they send you improper check in instructions and are not honest about how long the walk to the beach actually is. You are paying for the view but unfortunately it’s just a view not an easy way to get to it! We spent our first day walking every path and still couldn’t find it hours later!
