My wife and I were very disappointed with our recent (Sept. 2025) Rosemary Beach house that we rented through 360 Blue. The home furnishings were tired, there was a dead cockroach on our bed when we arrived. The soaps/amenities provided were inferior. There were only two of us renting the house yet 360 Blue gave us 6 amenities keys that they could not find after we checked out. 360 Blue charged our credit card on file $200 per key (an unexpected additional charge of over $1,000 for these keys). This charge was not disclosed as a potential charge in the rental agreement. We have rented from 360 Blue in past years but have no intentions of doing so in the future. The 360 Blue we rented from this year is not the same 360 Blue we have rented from in years past. I can’t put my finger on why but it feels like the company has transitioned from local ownership to being part of a national roll-up of similar firms. Disappointing.
