I have been so spoiled by 360 Blue that I will never rent from anyone else. Granted, some of the houses are affected by being rentals (ie - dryers on the fritz, etc) but all you have to do is call - and they have it covered. We have also taken advantage of many of their concierge services such as groceries and photography. Seriously, do yourself a favor and rent through 360 Blue.
