Would like to report 4 1/2. The negative comes because of screen porch damage, towel racks not attached to the wall very well, a few chipped glasses, etc. I was concerned we would be charged for this damage so I took pictures of everything, contacted 360. They offered to come over and fix everything right then but was not a big drawback. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary so this was a special week and we were very pleased with everything else. We would definitely recommend 360 and this particular location to anyone.
