This company was great. There was an issue with an ice maker in the freezer as well as the free standing ice maker. 360 immediately sent a technician out with in the hour. The parts had to be ordered so no ice. 360 immediately brought several bags of ice to us. Also ice was delivered every day to us to. That is service !! The whole process of checking in and out was very easy. The concierge services were also great ! Everyone I talked wth was very professional and friendly. We would definitely use 360 Blue again on our next visit !!!!
