We really enjoyed 81 Watchtower. The home was well equipped and worked perfectly for our family. The location was excellent, as we were able to access the beach, so easily from the back porch area. Additionally the actual crows nest or watchtower on the top floor was really enjoyable for viewing and relaxing. The only concern we had with the home was the hot water system. After a few service calls, it was determined that the home was retrofitted with a tank less water heater system , Rinaii. Unfortunately, there was never enough hot water for our family of just 4 people. I am hopeful that we rent this home again, this concern will be addressed.
