Beautiful house , large and accommodating. Location excellent for beach, biking and grocery shopping. Plenty of activities available, ping pong, sand hockey?, and well heated pool and spa. BUT we were there for 8 days and the elevator worked only about 3 of those days. With 20 people on a given day, {26 at the most} there was much luggage, Christmas presents and decorations, beer, wine, drinks and FOOD to carry up 3 flights of stairs. Only one of the dishwashers worked and it had to be held against the wall when the drawers were out to load and unload ; otherwise it would have fallen out. It didn't even accommodate a breakfast load, so we had to buy many paper products although the house provided plenty of cups, plates, bowls and glassware. When we left we didn't take the faux boxed tree and ornaments because it was too much trouble to get down the stairs. Hope you save it for the next Christmas renter. Still----it was one of our best Christmases ever. Serena Vann
