Appalling service.
I ordered an outer oven door on 22nd November with an estimated delivery of 28 days and it still hasn't arrived. I get emails blaming the supplier but only after I chase. The last email says they dont know what is happening with my order. This was after I asked to investigate. I'm still waiting.
