Ordered a replacement door for my oven, as I had smashed it. Item delivered was manufactured the wrong way round. I tried and tried to get someone to speak to me, as what's to stop them sending out another exactly the same if I order another? All I was offered was a return and refund. My oven is currently unusable. They do not want to resolve my problem. "Sorry we don't stock the item!" I get that, but I need to speak to someone, not webchat, not return and refund. I want a guarantee that I get the part that I need!!
