Estimated Delivery Time
3 - 5 Days.
It has now been 28 days since my payment was taken, and three e-mails from me asking when they will deliver. I finally had a reply to MvO8Wr :
'A member of our Customer Experience Team will be in contact within the next 72''.
I made the assumption this was hours, clearly it wasn't as its now been 5 days with no further contact. I wish they would make contact as I have some choice words about my experience
