Mr Disgruntled
Very much very strong disappointment reviews I agree with, I ordered and prepaid for an integrated door hinge for a Hoover tumble dryer almost 2 months ago, having emailing them and tried calling both numerous times including chat live, no reply or acknowledgment. With hindsight I should have ordered through eBay but was told by Hoover I could not get the genuine part, so stupidly didn’t. Checked on eBay, they guarantee the part and a third of the price cheaper with a delivery within 48 hours. Every time I called Hoover to complain about 4ourhouse , they took no responsibility telling me I would have to deal with them directly myself. As a major branded company, Hoover should be shameful, take responsibility and be accountable as they align themselves with a terrible supplier who are giving Hoover a bad name especially in customer care. I want to cancel and ask for a full refund, but they won’t until I receive the item (whenever that will be?) refuse and return it. My last communication with them was that I will report them to Standards Trading if I don’t get a satisfactory reply from them ASAP !!!…they are worth any Star ratings
