Ordered part for Hoover fridge from Hoover spares and got confirmation of order from 4ourhouse. Debited on October2. So far no delivery. Am told,now,part will ,hopefully,be available late November. Absolutely appaling customer service. Have written to ceo of Hoovercandy to flag the lack of trust in 4ourhouse which impacts the reputation of Hoover. Have ,today 19 October,cancelled my order and will wait for refund before considering other action ,which could include,based on the reviews on this site, filing for criminal proceedings.
