In Sep 2019 I ordered a spare front glass for a Grundig GEBM45003B single oven. First this inept company send me the wrong part which I had to return. After ordering the part again in October I am now told it will be with me Dec 13th..... Just let that sink in..... 3 months, a season to receive a part. Also, this scum trader has the audacity to have on the website: Can we tempt you? Get it tomorrow for an extra £3.51. Simply select Next Day Delivery above. How is it that when I order Neff spares I get 48hr delivery service every time? I'm a trader of Neff, Smeg, Bosch ovens and when I order spares from them it's simple. These guys are F@+*ing useless. Question. Why can't we leave half a star?
