For sure the first and the very last time i ever use this company or any of its sister companies. It took me a very long time to figure out which magnetic strip was the correct one for my freezer (american style fridge freezer). Once found i was unable to apply the discount code online so called in to order. The lady was very thorough with her knowledge however was very keen on charging me 10£ for next day delivery and was not helpful in applying the discount code. After a very long time on the phone having to try and argue for standard delivery i realised i had spent 20mins on the phone to someone completely unaware of my needs. Charges for this call must have been horrendous, on the other hand i still do not have my product its been over two weeks since i ordered. Having had an online chat (never going to call again) i was told the item is out of stock????? So why was i not informed of this and why was i being charged next day delivery? I find it disgusting that in this time of crisis companies like 4ourhouse think it is ok to mess their customers around and try and make money off of the back of this. In this pandemic I have a freezer that does not work and I am now told i have to wait another two weeks. completely unacceptable, Im actually going to take this further but felt the need to make sure everyone knew the truth.
