The 4ourhouse web site advertised next day UK delivery for a Neff oven outer door, which I duly ordered, paying £8.99 for the privelige. Two days later, no delivery. I went to the online chat service to ask "where's my oven door". It was hopeless. Took half an hour and many page refreshes to communicate with anything/anyone. Someone eventually said they would expedite my order. A week later, still nothing. Back to the online chat (this time quickly) and a robot-type response said Neff were out of stock. There was no indication of this anywhere, neither during the ordering process, nor while waiting for delivery and tracking it. I got to the 4ourhouse web site via a link sent to me from Neff themselves in response to my enquiry "How can I get a replacement outer door to my oven?" Never again. The 4ourhouse web site, the online chat service - hopeless. Haven't got a clue how to do things properly. In the end I cancelled the order.
