My parcel shows delivered. But was not. I think they delivered to another address with a similar street name as they did before. Three requests for assistance only get the same information I got from the website. It’s infuriating! Their website doesn’t work; their WhatsApp phone number isn’t in service what a bloody joke! And I still do. It have my parcel! Bloody pathetic!
