I have been waiting for DHL to deliver a parcel. They mention they have tried to deliver it in an email (although I have no evidence of that). When I go to the website to have the parcel redirected to a service point, there is no function on the website. I have contacted their customer service by email and apparently they won't accept by email, I was told to call a number. In today's tech world this should be an easy win, however it's frustrating and the customer service is terrible.
