I get 2-3 large deliveries a week for my business. With Royal Mail they had no issues delivering to 3rd floor (their are lifts) Now DHL have the contract with Slimming World drivers just dump them downstairs were they get stolen.
Ignorant drivers that have the instructions on their PDA but just can't be bothered to bring them up on their trolley.
