DHL delivers to my business every day and had already visited in the morning and yet the delivery for my package was after 5pm, when the driver surely knows we are shut. So a valuable package was left with a different business 400metres away who are completely unrelated to my company.
Left with a neighbour should not be when delivering to a business.
