Waited a day and a half to receive delivery, DHL offered no time slot for first or second deliveries . Did not receive any specific information from; text,website, live chat, telephone conversations with DHL customer service, or delivery driver. The best DHL could offer was delivery by "End of Day". DHL must realise that working customers can't afford the time, to wait for end of day deliveries This company is way behind in its customer service practices compared to its rivals, would not use them again
