I have been a satisfied customer with Damart for years, no problem with ordering, and money goes out of my account straight away, BUT, the returns system is rubbish, it takes 2 weeks to get the money back. Perhaps your finance dept should look into this . and get some tips from Amazon who are spot on with there returns policy., and their refunds are returned within a day, and not having to spend on a very expensive call to you to check whether you have received the goods. which incidentally were returned to you on 3/3 /22 and no confirmation as yet .Perhaps you could look into a free order line as not everyone can order on line;I am lucky as an 89yr old , to have someone to help me, but when ordering I like to speak to a human.
