I had a laugh to myself about the reviews left about the so called free gift of a padded parka supppsedly worth £45. At least the persons remarking about it got it. I got an order today, was told the parka was out of stock and instead was sent a cheap and nasty vinyl black multi zip bag that would hardly hold anything. How I am supposed to wear this to keep myself warm I do not know. I thought the parka would be good for wearing when we are keeping the central heating low, seems not when reading others comments. I will be closing my account with Damart, will be a relief not to be bomarded with emails and catalogues. I did phone Damart to complain about this and was just told that it is in their terms and conditions that if an item ffered is out of stock, they will send something else instead
