I sent off for a half price cardigan featured in a leaflet in my newspaper.
I waited several weeks for it with explanations for the delay. It arrived at last and the colour was certainly not dark sapphire blue as described but more of a greenish turquoise. Very disappointing. I will keep it as not worth returning it. I tried to let customer services know but not possible unless I paid for a phone call. Shame. Pleased with rest of order.
