My step mother died owing Damart a small amount of money. They were informed of her death and asked to send a final invoice to me as I was the executor of her will. I heard nothing. Three months later, they sent another, larger invoice - not to me - but to her old address, where my autistic brother lives, greatly distressing him. I sent another email explaining the situation and included her death certificate. No response. They sent another invoice to my brother 3 months later, so he phoned them to complain and was assured a manager would ring him within a couple of days. That did not happen. Finally 3 months later, my brother was sent a letter from a debt collection agency demanding payment, under threat of being taken to Court. What a disgusting company Damart is! Avoid like the plague.
