Ordered 4 dresses and paid for them at the shop in Bingley. Was told that they would certainly be with me before my holiday in 9 days time. After phone call today was told that that order had not been put into the system until the day after ordering. 9 days have now passed and I am still waiting for delivery. As I am on holiday from tomorrow, wonder when/where they leave the package. A totally inefficient service, my first and certainly my last order!!! Will have to return to Bingley to get a refund - after my return from holiday.
