1 coat was ordered online, a couple of days later customer service rang to query an order for garden furniture as well. They were told that only a coat was ordered. The coat arrived, and a few days later Hermes (says it all) left the garden furniture without seeing anyone. No-one seems to answer the phones. Useless, will never use them again.
