Originally my order was months late and delivered to the wrong address. Apparently it was sent to the US from the UK on a row boat.
But then, after wearing the glasses for a few months and wondering why I couldn't see as well, I went for a new eye exam.. and was informed that the left side prescription was totally wrong, not even close!
I have only received useless messages from various PR people, always a new one each time, and they seem not to keep records of previous communications.
I do regret ever ordering from them.
