Expensive glasses arrived damaged (no wrapping around them to protect like a normal company would do)
It took SEVEN WEEKS for them to arrive.
Now chasing a refund after sending them back all the way from Australia, FOUR weeks after they reviewed return. And who tries to refund through PayPal when that wasn't how I paid?
Avoid! Pay extra for actual customer service.
