To call their customer service incompetent would be an understatement. Absolutely no regard for their customers, no communication internally, make promises they do not keep regarding refunds. Their "customer service " team have no problem disengaging with you whatsoever. Folks, better off buying from a reputable retailer with honesty, professionalism and integrity, unfortunately this retailer nor their staff possess any of these qualities. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
