I ordered a pair of Bvulgari sunglasses back in July 2022, I kept getting emails to say my order was delayed and not arrived and delivery date pushed back and back. I was happy to wait until I received an email to say someone had noticed an error on my order and this is what had caused the delay and wouldn’t be arriving till January 2023. They would not compensate the 6 months I have waited for these glasses and I have cancelled my order due to appalling customer service.
