I ordered 2 glass frames a month later I still haven’t received them, they told me first a mail strike is due to delay, then they told me it said on my order form it would take 8 weeks…NO WHERE IS IT ON MY FORM. It says will dispatch 5-7 Days! NO WHERE in 2022 does it take 8 weeks to receive an order. They are using my money period! DON’T USE THEM ITS A SCAM!!! Am needing my glasses for a vacation. My husband has had 3 new pairs of glasses and an eye appointment in the time I’m still waiting for my order. We are self employed for 40 years this is the worst customer service and business ethic I’ve ever seen. Lie after lie.
