My order was placed over 4 weeks ago, I have not received it. And when tracking my order it’s like the item has not shipped. This is really upsetting and when I send emails I’m told that you’re backed up. Not my fault you took my money, which you shouldn’t do until the merchandise is confirmed delivered. Bad business ethics.
