I ordered a pair of Prada prescription glasses on February 19th before I had seen the negative reviews about them. Shortly after I was sent an email stating that the estimate time for my order to be dispatched wouldn’t be until April 17th. I wasn‘t too pleased waiting that long, so I canceled my order. I contacted a Fashion Eyewear representative through their website, and received a response a day later confirming the cancellation, and about a week later I received a full refund. So for me, I had no customer service problems as they got back to me fairly quick, I just wasn’t willing to wait that long for my order.
