I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban aviators from this site I struggled to get my size else were. Firstly I called Ray-Ban customer service they had advised that this company is a authorised reseller. Upon ordering it stated my sunglasses would be available between 7-14 days I got an email on the 10th day stating my item was despatched. I received my sunglasses on the 11th day. There was a small defect that didn’t affect the glasses but I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I knew I had to exchange. I called customer service waited around 6mins for someone to answer, when they did my issue was sorted within minutes my return email was there as soon as I got off the phone. Overall I was really happy with the service hopefully my replacement pair of glasses will go smoothly we will see.
